I began my career with State Farm in 2013, and today, as Sikeston's premier State Farm Agent, I am fulfilling my dream of helping customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

I grew up in Sikeston, Missouri; serving my hometown community is my honor and passion. I graduated from Kelly High School, and I went on to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. I worked as a team member before I opened my agency. As a team member, my passion for listening to customers, delivering remarkable service, and providing proper coverage led me to realize this was my perfect career.

Outside work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, reading, outdoor activities, working out, and taking my dogs, Sunny and JoJo, for walks. I am the mother of four wonderful children and the proud Mimi to two beautiful grandchildren. I am also involved in the Sikeston community as an active member of the Sikeston Chamber of Commerce, Sikeston Rotary, and my local church.

My agency has achieved Ambassador Travel and Honor Club awards for our outstanding work and the support of our customers. #TeamMichelleHeisserer is passionate about providing proper insurance coverage to residents of southeastern Missouri and Kentucky. We are located in Sikeston, Missouri, and serve residents throughout Scott County and the surrounding areas.
